Damaged / Wrong Goods
If goods are returned because they are damaged or the wrong product we the seller shall replace the goods ASAP at no extra cost to the buyer. We will need to have the 1st order back in the warehouse before we can dispatch the replacement order. This normally takes 3/4 working days for the 1st order to be returned. If the customer opts for a refund we shall issue the full refund once the goods have arrived in the warehouse and checked/accounted for by warehouse staff. Used, opened boxes or laid flooring are not eligible for money-back guarantee as they are not suitable for resale. Refunds take 7 working days to clear in customer bank accounts.
If a customer decides to return the goods because they have changed their mind about the product they will not receive the cost of delivery as part of the refund. The customer must also meet the courier cost of returning the product. Furthermore, there is a 20% restocking charge on orders. This charge includes handling, re-packing, and re-stacking of the returned product/order.

Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date we receive notice of your intent to cancel.
Refunds will only be processed once the goods have arrived with us and we have inspected their condition and deemed them to be in a suitable condition for resale. Used, opened boxes or laid flooring are not eligible for money-back guarantee as they are not suitable for resale.
Any delivery charge from the original order will not be refunded. Any surcharges for express or upgraded delivery options selected by the customer will not be refunded.
Any refund will be made no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods. Acceptance of these terms and conditions at the point of purchase represents acceptance of the refund period of up to 14 days.
Any free gifts or products comprising of an offer (eg 3 for 2) must also be returned.
