For the ultimate in design flexibility, our unfinished oak flooring offers a "blank canvas" that allows you to take complete creative control over your interior. These planks arrive in their most raw, natural state—expertly machined and sanded, but entirely free from oils, lacquers, or stains. This is the preferred choice for architects and interior designers who wish to apply a bespoke on-site finish, whether that involves a specific hardwax oil, a custom reactive stain, or a traditional lime-wash. By choosing an unfinished floor, you ensure a perfectly seamless transition between rooms, as the wood can be tinted and sealed to match your exact furniture or cabinetry requirements.
Beyond its aesthetic versatility, unfinished engineered oak provides a unique opportunity to achieve a perfectly flush, "site-finished" appearance. Once installed, the floor can be lightly buffed and sealed across the entire surface, effectively closing the micro-bevels between planks for a smoother, more architectural look. This raw timber is selected for its structural integrity and high-spec wear layer, ensuring it provides a robust foundation for whatever finish you choose. It is a premium, artisan-led flooring solution for those who want a truly one-of-a-kind floor that is tailored specifically to the light and character of their unique home environment.

Help Measuring
Working out the quantity of flooring you need is really dependant on the layout of your room.
Rectangular rooms can be calculated easily by multiplying the length by width. If your room is L-shaped, or has alcoves or bay windows, you need to divide your room into separate smaller areas, adding these together to come to your final quantity. Don’t forget to add at least 10% to your final quantity for any wastage.
